Carpet · Upholstery · Tile & Grout
Los Angeles carpet cleaning, done the careful way.
We’re a Valley-based crew that cleans carpet, upholstery, and tile & grout, and nothing else. We head out from Van Nuys every morning and work within 25 miles, from Beverly Hills to Thousand Oaks and Pasadena to Calabasas.
Why us
Fewer services.More care in each one.
We built the business around three jobs we can do really well. Here’s what that looks like on the day we show up.
A price in writing, first
You see the number before we start, based on what we actually find in your home. No “$99 whole house” surprise once the hoses are inside.

Rinsed, not just shampooed
Leftover soap is why some carpets look dirty again within weeks. We rinse with hot water until it runs clean, so nothing sticky stays behind.
Your home, protected
Corner guards for the walls, pads under furniture legs, shoe covers on our feet. You shouldn’t have to clean up after the cleaners.

Fiber-first chemistry
Wool, viscose, travertine and vintage tile all want different products. We test, choose the right one, and use only as much as the job needs.
What we clean
Three services.Done properly.
Carpet, upholstery, and tile & grout. Each has its own page with the full process, honest limits and local notes.
Carpet Cleaning
Deep hot-water extraction that rinses out the grit, oils and odors a vacuum can’t reach. Pre-treated, rinsed clean, groomed to dry.
- Pet stain & odor treatment
- Stairs, hallways & traffic lanes
- Wool-safe options
Upholstery Cleaning
Sofas, sectionals, dining chairs and headboards cleaned by fabric type, after we read the tag and spot-test a hidden area.
- Microfiber, linen, velvet & more
- Body-oil and pet odor removal
- Gentle low-moisture methods
Tile & Grout Cleaning
Brushed, rinsed and extracted grout lines in kitchens, baths and showers, with stone-safe chemistry and sealing on request.
- Ceramic, porcelain & stone
- Hard-water film & soap scum
- Optional grout sealing
Our story
The short versionof our story.
We named the company the plainest thing we could think of: LA Carpet Cleaning Company. It says what we do and where we do it, and it leaves the impressing to the work.
We’re based in Van Nuys, and most mornings the van heads somewhere between the Conejo Valley and the Arroyo Seco. LA is hard on floors in ways other cities aren’t: Santa Ana dust, beach sand, hard water and a lot of sun. So we built our process around exactly those things.
- Valley-based, local crew
- Three services, nothing else
- Written quotes up front
- Safe for kids & pets once dry

Walk-through & written price
We look at the fiber, the soil and the spots, explain the plan and give you the price in writing. You decide. No pressure.
-
The clean
Pre-treat, agitate, rinse with hot water and extract. Problem spots get their own treatment, and furniture legs get pads.
-

Questions
Things people askbefore booking.
Which areas do you serve?
We’re based in Van Nuys (91401) and work within about 25 miles. Our main areas are Beverly Hills, Pasadena, Calabasas, Thousand Oaks and Los Feliz, and we also cover the neighborhoods in between, like Sherman Oaks, Encino and Studio City. The full list is on our service areas page.
How much does carpet cleaning cost in Los Angeles?
It depends on square footage, stairs, how soiled the carpet is and whether pet treatment is needed. Around LA, professional carpet cleaning commonly lands near $0.20–$0.30 per square foot, or roughly $70–$90 per room. We give you a written price before we start, and our LA pricing guide explains what moves the number.
How long does carpet take to dry?
Usually 4 to 8 hours, depending on the carpet, the weather and airflow. Running the AC or a fan and cracking a window speeds things up.
Do I need to move the furniture?
Please clear small items, breakables and anything on the floor. We can move light pieces like chairs and side tables. Beds, dressers, pianos and entertainment units usually stay where they are, and we clean around them.
Is the cleaning safe for kids and pets?
Yes, once dry. We rinse thoroughly so no sticky residue is left behind, and we keep kids and pets off damp carpet until it’s dry to the touch.
Can you get every stain out?
Honest answer: most, not all. Coffee, wine, food and pet spots usually come out or fade dramatically. Bleach spots and sun fading are lost color, and some dyes (red sports drinks, hair dye) add color that can’t always be removed. We’ll tell you what’s realistic before we start.
